A YaA Party is a lovely way to add culture to any event.
Groups will experience a step by step drawing lesson for the first half then encouraged to use their own choice of color to add personal expression.
Guests will be introduced to various art vocabulary words and artistic tips to enhance their creativity.
Top quality materials are always included.
Art Parties are 1 1/2 hr. long
Punctual pick up and drop off is of great importance for the ultimate art experience and to prepare for the next event.
The first hour of the party will be an instructor guided art project
followed by cake, drinks, etc. provided by the parent or caregiver during the last half hour.
Small group (up to 12)....$225
Medium group (13-16)....$275
Large group (17-20)....$315
A non refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to
hold your date.
Young at Art Provides:
An art teacher assisted by an instructional aide. Art materials: heavy grade paper, mat frame, paintbrushes A one-time $5. gift certificate to be used towards an art class for each child’s goody bag provided by parent. Pizza and cupcakes may be provided for an additional fee.
Parent or caregiver will provide:
Birthday cupcakes, drinks, candles, paper plates & cups, utensils, napkins and goody bags. Parent or caregiver will be expected to remain at the party
Party/Thank You Favor consists of: additional $4.00 each.
Paintbrush and pencil wrapped in a curling ribbon with personalized thank you tag, offering a $5.00 coupon towards future art lesson here at Young at Art Studio.
PAINT LIKE VAN GOGH!
Birthday guests will have fun creating a Vincent van Gogh style painting using tempera paint and professional artists brushes. Sunflowers or Starry Night.
MONET'S WATER LILIES
Birthday guess will be love taking home their own version of a priceless work of art. Monet's Water Lilies ready to hang.
Still Life Painting (small party of 6) **$25.00 each participant.
Explore art through classic methods.Participants will work on real artists easels and create their own original paintings on canvas.
PORTRAITS: Birthday guests will be shown step-by-step how to create a colorful self portrait.
The Classic Beach Ball - Perfect Summer Theme (shown above)
After discussing how to turn a shape into form but using shading, lines and color, participants will follow a step by step instruction how to make the circle of a beach ball look three dimensionally round. Participant will then be able to understand foregroud and background and all the elements of art by completing their picture by applying lines, shapes, color, form texture, space and value.
